Shipping Policy

  • We process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • PNKLashes is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include all original tags (if applicable)
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items not in their original condition

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order after your return has been approved.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
